If you decide our product is not for you simply give us a call at 1-818-865-9922 no later than 5:30 P.M. PT (Pacific Time) on or before the 30th day from your original order date.

We will give you an Order number to affix to the package. The Order number has to be on or in the package. Also please leave us your name either on the outside or inside of the package so we know who has returned the package. You have 30 days from which you signed up to return the package. If we do not see the package returned within those 30 days you will be billed for the cost of the product. Since we cannot reuse the MASS Suits if the packaged has been used; there will be a 25% restocking fee on any used Products. This covers the cost of the manufacturing of the product.
Also note: We DO NOT accept any returns or refunds outside of the 30 days to try MASS Suits.
