"I have used resistance training in some capacity as part of my workout regiment when I played in the NFL. It was either parachutes, hills or sand. I personally think resistant training is an important component to conditioning and explosive training. When you think about resistance training in terms of “convenience”, it doesn’t get much more convenient than the MASS suit. Although you are wearing a harness, you can actually be very mobile with the MASS suit on and you have the ability to fully function as you would hope while also maximize the resistance you feel as you simulate nearly every exercise that a skill-position player would want to re-enact in football.
