Juke Performance Inc. warrants the original consumer purchaser of an MASS Sports Product that it manufactures. The product will be free of defects in materials for 60 days from the date of purchase. Juke performance Inc. warranty will not refund the purchaser back in cash but will refund the purchaser with a new product. The consumer will be responsible to mail their defective product back to Juke Performance Inc. before receiving a new or equivalent product. Juke Performance Inc. has the option to repair the defective product or will send an equivalent product. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from accident, misuse, abuse or lost merchandise. It is common and natural for the product to deteriorate, tear and fade in color over time and over the use of the product. Sunlight and water will cause fading of colors. Fading of colors or deterioration of the product is not a defective product. Juke Performance Inc. is not liable for incidental damages to ones self because of misuse of the MASS Product. Liability

The MASS product is an Extreme Training product. Like many other sports equipment that has you performing at high levels to reach your full potential requires a lot of strain on your bone structure and muscles. We advise you to consult your physician, physical therapist, or physical trainer. Failure to use the MASS Suit for its intended use can result in severe injury. Always wear protective equipment including rash guard shirt and pants, gloves and eye protection. Do not use the MASS Suit without adult supervision. Children under 12 years of age should not use the product. If you have heart, joint, bone and muscular complications and should not be doing extreme training, you should not use this product. Please visit your doctor or physical trainer if you have one of the above problems before use. Do not use the bands other for the use of the MASS Suit. Avoid contact with objects that could result in injury to the user and damage to the MASS Suit. Do not change or modify the MASS Suit, including the clips, bands, and braces. Avoid stretching the bands to its furthest length of breaking point. Do not stretch bands more than 3 times it's regular length. This can cause the MASS Suit to become unstable and inefficient. The Mass Suit bands is made out of Latex. If allergic to latex please consult your physician. If you have breast implants please consult your physician about the amount of pressure that can be applied to breast implants.
